Continuance and Monitoring

With the support of funding and grant assistance we shall have a healthy platform from which to move forward and be self-sufficient and profitable.

We aim to secure ourselves from the monies raised by:

1. Grants/funding from Council bodies, charitable organisations and businesses
2. Membership fees
3. Fees from private functions
4. Donations
5. Fundraising events, raffles, shows, exhibitions

There are over 12000 Polish migrants in the area surrounding Ipswich with 5000 in Ipswich alone.

An introductory membership fee of £5 per person will be required in order to establish a guide to its acceptance within the community.  Membership will be open to other ethnic groups and the community in general so that we can cement good relationships and integration. Commercial and government organisations membership £50 per year.

Depending on the above the club will be run in a correct and proper manner providing facilities to its members.  We propose to have our activities monitored rigidly by independent accountants and other responsible parties so that an appraisal can be made available at any time.  In so much that this is an embarkation on its first attempt we are not able to foresee running costs and forecasts.
